Swami Nishchalananda was with his teacher, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, for fourteen years in India. After he left to found his own Ashram in Wales, Mandala Yoga Ashram, he returned over a period of several years to an Ashram near Bangalore where he hosted people from India and Europeans who followed him out.
The sessions are often informal, and have been edited to retain content which has a focussed satsang / discourse element, usually prompted by someone asking a question. This series is early 2004.
