Bhagavad Gita, the first five chapters.

This series of discourses by Swami Nishchalananda was first recorded at Mandala Yoga Ashram in August 2002. The material has been edited to give eleven recordings, each between 30 minutes to one hour long. Swami Nishchalananda’s knowledge of the material is profound, enhanced by his ability to interpret the meaning and intent of the Sanskrit. 

The recordings look in depth at the first five chapters; these are considered to contain the essence of the whole text.

The original recordings have been edited to give a completely focussed listening experience.
